- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Provide menu recommendations and answer any customer inquiries - Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Check on customers throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction - Upsell additional items or specials to increase sales - Process customer payments and handle cash transactions - Assist with bussing tables and resetting for new customers - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing - Knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Note:
Sanitation training will be provided as part of onboarding process.
