Job Description:
Install, maintain, and repair automated production machinery and equipment to support production needs and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and distribution systems.
Replace or repair parts, test operation, and adjust.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities Maintain maintenance records and logs Coordinate with technical support of machine manufacturers when needed.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to perform duties.
Work in a safe, clean, orderly, and productive manner.
Work independently and with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Assume other duties as assigned.
Assists production as needed Qualifications and
Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
Industrial plant maintenance experience and welding experience required.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, pneumatic and mechanical issues.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, diagrams, and electrical schematics Ability to handle multiple projects at any given time Computer literate Excellent written and verbal skills Able to work overtime as needed for maintenance functions Show understanding for sense of urgency when conducting repairs.

Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Time Management - Managing one's own time.

Be able to lift, pull and push at least 50 Lbs.
Be able to walk long distances and to be on his/her feet for long periods of time Able to work in an active manufacturing facility.
