We are looking for a responsible Operations Manager to administer, organize and over see all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
Operations Manager responsibilities include working closely with the owner, supporting office staff and builders to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and timeframes.
Also, preparing project budgets, schedules, monitoring project progress, managing self-perform staff as well as subcontractors and ensuring that all project activities are completed safely, on time, with high quality, within budget, and to the continual satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities Coordinate resources, equipment and information to help the jobsites move smoothly.
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes Liaise with the owner, builders and subcontractors to identify and define requirements, scope, objectives and eliminate blockers Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve Oversee project procurement management Monitor project progress and assist in handling any issues that arise Ability to work independently from site office Use tools to monitor working hours and plans Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests Skills Drivers license is required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the company and support appropriate processes to facilitate the achievement of business objectives A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure Must be trust worthy, honest, self motivated, and efficient Job Type:
