The ideal candidate will possess strong general facilities maintenance skills; including, but not limited to:
Interior and exterior painting General and trim Carpentry Drywall installation and repairs General to advanced knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is a plus Physical Demands:
The ability to lift up to 50lbs Prolonged periods standing and walking Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces Most of the day spent standing, much of which is on concrete floors Climbing ladders as needed and comfortable with heights Knowledge, Education, and Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent required A valid SC driver's license Two years maintenance technician experience or related field preferred Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, plumbing or relevant field desirable Ability to safely follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers Ability to contribute to a total team effort Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in varying temperature environments Be available for after-hours and weekend-on-call duties as requested Job Type:
