Conducts strategic planning, facilitates Public Health Improvement and Planning meetings, gathers needed data, liaisons with internal partners regarding performance management.
Develops a tracking mechanism for strategic plans.
Integrates objectives for Programs into regional plans.

State Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
Institutions of Higher Learning must be recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
Agency Additional Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in a health or project management related field and at least two (2) years of experience in either public health or healthcare project management.
Advanced computer skills, office equipment knowledge and knowledge of electronic health records systems.
Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office.
Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Immunization:
All new employees who are healthcare providers are required to provide documentation of immunity or be immunized against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Pertussis, Varicella, and Hepatitis B prior to beginning employment.
State Disaster Plan:
In accordance with the State's Disaster Plan, which includes hazardous weather, DHEC employees may be required to work in times of an emergency or disaster.

Driving Record:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
