Position Respiratory Therapy InternLocation Beaufort Memorial HospitalFull-Time/Part-Time PRNShift Various ShiftsExempt/Non-Exempt Non-ExemptDescription Under the supervision of the Respiratory Care Practitioner, assists in the delivery of care.
Follows the plan of care and reports interventions, changes or relevant observations to the RT.
Serves as an integral resource in implementing clinical and technical aspects of care.
Is attuned to the individual needs of assigned patients and modifies approach to care based on patient needs, age and outcomes.
Position Requirements EDUCATION:
Currently enrolled in an accredited school of respiratory therapy in their Junior or Senior year of school.
Experience:
Preferred one year experience working in a healthcare environment JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Possesses visual, auditory, verbal acuity.
Good communication skills.
CERTIFICATIONS/ LICENSES:
