Analyzes, designs, and implements large and complex information systems and networks.
Incumbents work with various departments to automate business processes:
assists with testing and validating new software prior to implementation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field Three (3) years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Android Developers Certification, IOS Developers Certification , and Web Developer Certification desired Must have knowledge of project management principals, network operating systems, and computers and related software applications Position Open Until Filled All applicants tentatively selected for a position with Beaufort County Council will be required to submit to urinalysis to screen for the illegal use of drugs and to a background check prior to appointment.
Employment is contingent upon clearing both the drug screening and background investigation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
