You will be helping to assist the District Manager, in hiring new employees.
Knowledge of Word and Excel is a must because you will be reporting time and new employees to the Regional Manager and to the School District.
The duties of the Administrative Assistant also include communication with employees and assisting them as needed, ordering supplies, and helping to maintain the warehouse.
Good communication is a requirement job as you will be representing the company to the client, the School District of Beaufort County.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
