Education and Experience Requirements:
High school graduate, 2 year college/technical school graduate or related job experience, preferred Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent Organizational Skills Attention to Detail is a must Ability to follow directions and procedures Must work well under stressful situations and be a team member in order to accomplish positive outcomes for our clients Strong written and oral communication skills A self-starter and Ability to prioritize workload and assignments Proficient in the use of Zoom & Other Remote Meeting Software Job
Responsibilities:
Answering the phone, responding in a professional manner and routing all calls, including incoming texts on Firm Mobile phone Process all mail, physical and facsimiles Create and Open all New Client Files, gathering all needed information from clients Work Hours and
Benefits:
Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:
30 am to 5:
30 pm and Fridays, 8:
30 am to 1:
00 pm.
The workday includes a 45 minute lunch break.
Compensation is based on qualifications and past experience.

A strong work ethic is required.
After a 90 day probationary period, there are paid holidays and accrued paid time off, which can be used for vacation, sick, etc.
