Focus on Details - ensure the public areas are clean and tidy; caring for event venues including cleaning and set up Be a Team Player - Support the housekeeping team with by pitching in as needed including doing some of the heavy lifting.
Stripping Guestrooms and Keeping the Housekeeping area neat and organized Be a Hotel Ambassador - Share a warm greeting and a smile with all the guests you encounter.
Be a Safety & Security Agent - follow your hotel's established safety and security policies & procedures.
Anticipate problems and call management as needed.
To be successful in this role, you need basic English communication skills; prior hotel or light maintenance experience helpful.
You will need to safely operate equipment such as a vacuum, carpet cleaner, floor buffer, etc.
as well as the chemicals used to maintain/clean the hotel.
Heavy work - exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
In this role you must have the ability to stand for long hours and be able to work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
The ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle a big plus.
