Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Oversight and day-to-day operations of the community
Enhancing the value of the property
Maximizing the long-term operating performance
Developing a competent staff

Desired Skills & Experience
HS Diploma/GED, Mandatory. Bachelor's degree, Preferred, NOT Required
3-5 Years of related experience
Previous management experience, a must.
Professional designation such as Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Preferred, NOT Required.
Proven experience in the following, a PLUS:
One-Site (Leasing and Rents and Facilities)
Yieldstar
CASS
NWP Services Corporation
Ops Technology Inc.
Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
This position represents the property owners to both the residents and the public.
