Job Responsibilities
This position reports to the Workforce and Economic Development division in the Lowcountry region. Incumbent will collaborate with employer groups to understand their hiring needs and goals and works with recruiting team members to identify hiring strategies. Reviews job seeker resumes or applications and where appropriate, makes referrals to employers seeking qualified candidates. Facilitates interviews or hiring events when applicable. Serves as DEW liaison and representative with economic developers, readySC, the local workforce investment board(s), and other partners in the region.
This position requires scheduled travel to the following counties: Beaufort, Jasper, Colleton and Hampton.
Minimum and Additional Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in consulting, advisement, evaluation and workforce expansion or similar type activities.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
