_ JOB DUTIES:
Provides adult living and job readiness skills training in a group setting to assist clients in working toward individual objectives stated on their Treatment Plans.
Leads daily psycho-education,skills training, discussion & support groups, and other therapeutic activities to assist clients in acquiring and using skills to meet objectives on their treatment plans, further their own recovery, and improve treatment outcomes for greater independence.
Maintains documentation in client records in accordance with QA standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum and Additional Requirements:

_AGENCY REQUIREMENTS: _ _Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Services with at least one year experience in counseling and/or behavior modification programs. Candidate needs to have a basic understanding of mental Illness and the ability to serve a persistently mentally ill populationas well as the ability to communicate effectively and problem-solve._
