Appointment Coordinator/Call Center Representative

Our Business Development Center (BDC) is growing and we are looking for confident communicators who excel with phone communication and thrive in competitive environments. As a Representative, you are the first point of contact for sales customers and play a significant role in increasing customer satisfaction rankings and sales opportunities. Ideal candidates will have a background in at least one of the following: inbound/outbound phone experience in high volume settings, appointment setting experience and/or collections experience.
Responsibilities:
Consistent use of phone scripts
Appointment setting for the sales department
20% Inbound calls -appointment setting
80% outbound calls-following up with provided leads-appointment setting
Email Correspondence
Log customer information
Log customer contact records
Skills:
Strong in-person, phone and written communication skills
Confident, persuasive and competitive personality--Go Getter!
Strong PC skills required
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently
Driven to achieve individual and group goals
Polished & professional appearance
Compensation: Hourly pay
Competitive Bonus (35-45K), benefits and paid training and more!
Full-time: Must be able to work either: 9-6 or 10:30-7:30 with every 3rd Saturday off.
