Lead Store Associate
Distributes and balances workload among employees, assuring timely accomplishment of assigned workload. Monitors the status of work and makes adjustments in accordance with established procedures. Provides on-the-job training in specific tasks and jobs techniques. Recommends changes in work methods to improve timeliness and quality of work.
