Lead Store Associate

Distributes and balances workload among employees, assuring timely accomplishment of assigned workload. Monitors the status of work and makes adjustments in accordance with established procedures. Provides on-the-job training in specific tasks and jobs techniques. Recommends changes in work methods to improve timeliness and quality of work. Provides input to supervisor on employee performance, conduct and training needs. Performs work in various areas of the commissary. To be creditable, specialized experience must be at GS-04 or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. OR Four years successfully completed education above high school from a college or university accredited by an organization approved by the U.S. Department of Education (https:
